Working closely with the John Flatley Company, Sheskey Architects designed 492 residential units in a 6 building community in Quincy, MA. The apartment buildings surround a central clubhouse with fitness room, clubroom, lounge and leasing offices, adjacent to a pool and outdoor pavilion. A maintenance building includes grounds keeping vehicles, facility water booster pumps, and a resident refuse and recycling center. The buildings were arranged to form a residential campus, while capitalizing on spectacular views of Quincy and Boston. Surrounding the complex are walking trails, play and grilling areas and a tennis court.
