Working with JPI, Sheskey Architects designed 244 residential units housed in 11 buildings in Boxborough, MA. Also included were private garages, a fire pumphouse, and wastewater treatment facilities. A separate clubhouse building houses a fitness room, dogwash and clubroom areas and is adjacent to a large pool and cabana building. Site planning took advantage of the adjacent horse pastures to full affect to maximize views for the residents. The community has easy access to numerous outdoor amenities including walking trails, bike trails, and offers serene views of the adjacent horse grazing pasture.
