Existing structure converted to residential apartments

Sheskey Architects assisted the developer, Heritage Companies, to re-purpose an existing incomplete building structure into new residential apartments. The existing building design was completely revised to a more appealing, modern design aesthetic. Exterior materials include ground face concrete block, fiber cement siding and panels, aluminum trim, and metal fabrications. Design elements include a curved entry canopy, pergolas along the entry sidewalk, and accent sunshades along the top of the building. The building houses 24 apartments, with a large modern lobby and storage on the first floor. Additionally there are enclosed parking spaces on the first floor, as well as on grade parking options for the residents.
